I realized that I hate it when people unecessarily defend or justify themselves for the choices they make.
I don't want to give any examples... but let's just say it's
stupid. I'm trying to have a conversation with you, why are you talking
to me like I'm trying to compete with you, and why do you have to
defend a stupid little thing that you've done, that really is
meaningless to me? Do I intimidate you? I didn't think so... so why
get defensive? So what if I have a different opinion? "I like pink."
"Oh well I like blue because it's the color of my husband's eyes, and
his eyes are gorgeous." I dunno... seems kinda unecessary to me.
Some people just need to make things a competition, when it doesn't have to be. Get over it, because I don't care.
